Infinix Note 40 has a Dimensity 7020 Chipset which I think is old and is not much powerful. The phone lags even in little heavy multi tasking.
The phone only brings a 4,90,000 AnTuTu Score. It can play games like BGMI only at 40fps with medium resolution. So that is not good.
Note 40 comes with 33W slower charging. It should be at least 45W as the other phones are giving up to 67W charging in this segment.
(108+2+2)MP camera setup is not ok. There is no Ultrawide camera given which is now common under 20K price. Moreover, the camera quality is also decent.
The Note 40 5G does not contain a 3.5mm Jack. Still, the buyers of the under 20K segment use wired Earphones which need a 3.5mm Jack and it must be there.
