Get an exclusive first look at the Samsung Galaxy F05, featuring a premium vegan leather design and Infinity-U notch. Launching soon in India alongside Galaxy M05.
Samsung is gearing up to launch its latest budget smartphone, the Galaxy F05, in India. The device was recently spotted on the BIS certification site, hinting at an imminent release. While Samsung has yet to make an official announcement, fresh renders have surfaced, giving us a sneak peek at the Galaxy F05’s design. The smartphone is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy M05, which will succeed the Galaxy M04 and F04.
Samsung Galaxy F05 Design Revealed
The Galaxy F05 brings some notable changes in design, making it a step up from its predecessor. One of the key highlights is the introduction of a vegan leather back panel, replacing the plastic one seen on previous models. This change not only adds a premium feel to the device but also offers a better grip, making it more comfortable to hold.
The front of the Galaxy F05 continues with the dated notch design, but this time, it’s slightly different. The phone features an Infinity-U notch, a U-shaped cutout that gives the device a more modern look compared to the previous models. The notch houses the front camera, which is yet to be detailed.
At the back, the Galaxy F05 sports a dual-camera setup, vertically aligned on the top-left corner. The LED flash is positioned beside the cameras, maintaining a clean and simple look. The power button and volume rocker are conveniently placed on the right side of the phone for easy access.
The renders reveal that the Galaxy F05 will come in a blue color, though it is expected to be available in at least two color options. Overall, the design improvements in the Galaxy F05 make it a more attractive option compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy F04.
Samsung Galaxy F05: What We Know So Far?
While the design of the Galaxy F05 has been partially revealed, detailed specifications are still under wraps. However, some insights can be drawn from the previous model, the Galaxy F04, and its expected successor, the Galaxy M05.
The Galaxy F04, launched earlier this year, is an entry-level smartphone priced at Rs 7,499. It features an HD+ display, the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, a 13MP primary camera, and a 5,000mAh battery. The device comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, providing a decent performance for budget-conscious users.
The Galaxy M05, which appeared on Wi-Fi Alliance and BIS certification sites, is expected to share similar features and improvements. It would not be surprising if the Galaxy F05 followed suit, offering a similar or slightly upgraded set of specifications. Given Samsung’s track record, we can expect the Galaxy F05 to be an affordable option with a focus on design and essential features.
