As we know Tecno has launched its first foldable phone Tecno Phantom V Fold at a very affordable price. That phone has offered excellent specifications at just a cost of ₹89,999. Now the company has decided to launch its first Flip phone as well which will be named the Tecno Phantom V Flip.
Tecno has already teased the launch date of this flip phone in Singapore. At that teaser, the look of the device was not shared but now a new leak has out showing the design of this phone. So let’s see how the phone is looking.
Tecno Phantom V Flip Launch Date
The above is the teaser shared by the company Tecno itself adding the tagline “Flip In Style”. Tecno has mentioned Tecno Flagship Product Launch 2023 is going to be held on the 22nd of September of 2023 at 3 PM SGT in Singapore which becomes 12:30 PM in India. Other than that nothing is revealed about the specifications and design of the phone.
Tecno Phantom V Flip Look Leak
As the Tecno Phantom V Flip is very near to its launch date, and before its launch, its First Look has been leaked on the Alibaba website. As we can see in the image, there a listing of the back case of the Tecno Phantom V Flip phone is done having the phone itself inside it. The full device design is not observable but whichever image we have from that we can say that the phone is looking very cool.
On the back, a big rounded camera module is given in which a cover display is fixed in a unique style. The camera module is looking with two camera lenses and a ring LED flash. On the right side panel, the phone has a volume rocker and a Side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Tecno Phantom V Flip Specifications (Leaked)
As this phone was caught on the Google Play Console listing, It has given us some exciting details about the phone’s specs. First off, it’s going to have a high-quality display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,460 pixels. Adding to it another report has told that TECNO plans to equip this smartphone with not one, but two AMOLED displays – a large 6.9-inch main screen and a smaller 1.39-inch cover screen.
Now, let’s talk about what’s under the hood. This phone is going to be powered by the MediaTek MT6893Z/CZA chipset, which is expected to be the MediaTek Dimensity 1300. This chipset is built using a cutting-edge 6nm process and comes with a powerful Mali-G77 GPU for smooth graphics performance. The chipset has four high-performance Cortex A78 cores running at 2.6GHz and four power-efficient Cortex A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz.
The Google Play Console listing also tells us that this phone will come with a generous 8GB of RAM right out of the box. Plus, it’ll be running on the latest Android 13 operating system, so you can expect all the latest features and improvements.
According to the FCC listing, the upcoming TECNO Phantom V Flip will have not one, but two batteries – an 1165mAh and a 2735mAh, combining to give a total capacity of 3900mAh. And to charge up this battery a 45W fast charging capability is also expected to be given.
