Hung Nv, a Vietnamese individual, shared photos of the Pixel 8a retail box in a private Facebook group. The images unveil the phone’s moniker, design, and its supported wired charging speed. The Pixel 8a’s design resembles the Pixel 8 series, featuring a visor-like camera strip on the back and slightly curved edges. The rear houses two camera lenses and a flashlight module, with volume rockers and power buttons located on the right side.
The retail box indicates support for 27W wired charging, promising quick power replenishment. While the leaked unit is grey, other color options such as cream/peachy and blue have been rumored. The device is reported to measure 152.1 x 72.6 x 8.9 mm. The retail box displays the model number G6GP, while a previous Geekbench leak hinted at the internal codename “Akita.”
