After the successful launch of the Neo 9 Pro, iQOO is gearing up for the grand reveal of the iQOO Z9 in India on March 12th. Ahead of the official launch, the brand has been teasing key details, including chipset, display, and camera features, offering enthusiasts a glimpse into what’s to come.
iQOO Z9 5G Confirmed Specs
The iQOO Z9 is set to impress with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor, boasting more than 7,30,000 AnTuTu benchmark scores and claiming the title of the fastest device in its segment. On the front, the phone will feature a stunning 120Hz AMOLED display with a 300Hz touch sampling rate and an 1800 nits peak brightness.
The phone is confirmed to have a robust 5,000mAh battery inside along with fast charging support. iQOO Z9 5G will be introduced in Brushed Green and Graphene Blue colors having stylish design elements such as flat edges and a brushed pattern finish.

Ahead of the official launch, lucky testers had the opportunity to try out the iQOO Z9’s impressive camera capabilities. Featuring a 50MP camera with OIS and a dual-camera setup at the back, along with a punch-hole selfie camera upfront.
Talking about the camera specs then the Z9 5G will be equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS camera, the iQOO Z9 ensures stunning clarity and image stabilization. To capture breathtaking low-light shots there will be a Super Night Mode, enhancing your photography even in challenging conditions. There will also be a seamless switch between 1x and 2x zoom for captivating day portrait shots will be given, offering versatility and creativity in your photography.
iQOO Z9 5G Specifications (Expected)
- Display: You’ll get a vivid 6.67-inch AMOLED screen in the iQOO Z9 5G along with a super smooth 120Hz refresh rate and incredible 1800nits peak brightness.
- Performance: It is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, ensuring fast and responsive performance. You can have up to 8GB of RAM, and there’s support for expanding it with virtual RAM
- Camera: In the camera department, you can expect top-notch photo quality with a 50MP main camera featuring OIS (optical image stabilization) and other sensors for added versatility.
- Battery: While we don’t have the exact battery details yet but you can rely on 44W fast charging to quickly juice up your device.
- Software: It will run on the Funtouch OS 14 user interface, which is built on the latest Android 14 platform.
