Realme is gearing up for the launch of its much-anticipated smartphone, the Realme 12+ 5G, scheduled for March 6 in India. However, ahead of this launch, a new contender has emerged in the form of the Realme 12 5G, spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database with model number RMX3999. Realme 12 Geekbench Listing
According to the Geekbench 6 listing, the Realme 12 5G is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, promising robust performance. Coupled with 8GB of RAM, this smartphone is poised to handle multitasking and demanding applications with ease. Impressively, it’s set to debut with the latest Android 14 out of the box.
In terms of performance benchmarks, the Realme 12 5G scored 738 points in the single-core test and 1,935 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench 6. These scores hint at a device capable of delivering smooth performance across various tasks.
The device is expected to feature an octa-core processor with a 2+6 core configuration. Among these cores, two high-performance cores are anticipated to run at a peak frequency of 2.20GHz, while the remaining six cores will function as efficiency cores at 2.0GHz. Additionally, the integrated Mali G57 GPU promises enhanced graphics performance.

The Realme 12 5G has garnered several certifications, including Malaysia’s SIRIM certification, TUV certification, and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification in the US.
