Just recently, tech enthusiasts stumbled upon the Vivo Y100 GT smartphone on the Google Play Console website, labeled with the model number PD2314. This discovery sparked anticipation for an imminent unveiling of the device in China. However, today brings a fresh development as another Vivo device with the same PD2314 model number emerges on the Google Play Console database, albeit with a different name: the Vivo Y100T.

According to the database, the upcoming Vivo Y100T will boast a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor and a Mali G610 GPU under its hood. Running on the Android 13 operating system, it promises a smooth performance with its ample 12GB RAM. Display-wise, users can expect a resolution of 1080×2388 pixels and a screen density of 480 dpi. The front design of the device has also been unveiled.
From the image provided, it’s evident that the Vivo Y100T will sport a curved display with a punch-hole cutout housing the selfie camera. Additionally, the volume and power buttons are positioned on the right side of the device. Interestingly, these specifications and design elements mirror those of the previously revealed Y100 GT smartphone.

The Vivo Y100 5G boasts a vibrant 6.67-inch AMOLED display, delivering crisp FHD+ resolution with up to 1200 nits of brightness and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. In Indonesia has been launched with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, coupled with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM for more enhanced performance. Users can choose between 128GB and 256GB of internal storage options. The phone is backed up by a robust 5000 mAh battery, supporting 80W fast charging for quick top-ups.
In terms of photography, the device features a versatile camera setup, including a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a dedicated flicker sensor on the rear. On the front, there’s an 8MP selfie camera for capturing selfies and doing video calls.
Running on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14, the Y100 5G offers a seamless user experience. As an additional feature, the phone brings an in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, dual speakers, and an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance.
