Vivo, the popular Chinese smartphone brand, has officially announced the launch of its latest offering, the Y200e 5G smartphone, tailored specifically for the Indian market. Anticipation for this device has been built, as the curtain has been lifted further with the revelation of its pricing and key specifications. Let’s delve into the details below.

Recently tipster Abhishek Yadav shared key specifications and pricing details of the phone for the Indian market. According to the leak, the phone is going to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen chipset and may run on the Android 13 or Android 14 operating system.
Coming to the multimedia department the tipster has mentioned that the phone will bring an immersive 6.67″ FHD+ Samsung AMOLED display for greater visuals and Dual Stereo Speakers for loud and clear audio. For capturing the photos and videos the phone will feature a 50MP + 2MP dual rear camera setup and a 16MP single front camera setup.
The leak also reveals that the phone will be backed by a 5000mAh battery supported by 44W fast charging. Moreover, the phone will also come with an In-Display fingerprint scanner as a convenient security feature. Combining all these features the phone will gain 7.79mm of thickness & 185.5 grams of weight in its Black variant and 7.99mm of thickness & 191 grams of weight in its Saffron colour variant.

Tipster also leaks the Indian pricing of the phone. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at ₹23,999, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant may be available for ₹25,999 [Manufacturer’s Suggested Price – ₹19,999 and ₹20,999 respectively].

Today the Vivo has also announced that the Y200e smartphone will sport India’s first durable eco-fiber leather finish on its rear side. The Orange variant will likely feature this textured design, while the Blue variant might opt for a glass or plastic back.
