The official announcement came from Xiaomi, confirming the launch date for the Xiaomi 14 in India. While excitement brews among fans, it’s worth noting that there’s no confirmation yet whether both models, the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, will be released simultaneously. In the previous generation, only the Xiaomi 13 Pro made its way to the Indian market. As the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is gearing up for its debut in China on February 22nd, the question remains whether it will also make its way to India, a detail yet to be disclosed.

In terms of pricing, the Xiaomi 14 starts at CNY 3,999 (approx. ₹45,500), while the Xiaomi 14 Pro kicks off at CNY 4,999 (approx. ₹56,900). However, it’s anticipated that the India pricing will likely exceed these direct conversion rates. To give you some context, the current price tag for the Xiaomi 13 Pro in India stands at ₹74,999.
Xiaomi 14 Specifications (Leaked)
- Performance: The upcoming Xiaomi 14 is anticipated to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 12/16GB RAM, and 256 GB/512 GB/1 TB Storage.
- Display: The phone will feature a small 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will give an immersive video viewing experience.
- Camera: The Xiaomi 14 is expected to be equipped with a triple camera setup of a 50MP OV50H main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP telephoto sensor on the backside. The selfie camera details are still under the roof.
- Battery: Talking about the battery back-up, the Xiaomi 14 is rumoured to sport a 4,600mAh battery which is set to support rapid 90W fast wired charging and 50W fast wireless charging technology.
