The much-anticipated POCO X6 series is set to debut globally on January 11, with the event scheduled for January 12 at 1:30 am in India. Previously we have exclusively shared the official renders of the POCO X6 Series and POCO M6 Pro 4G smartphones. Now we have one more confirmation from the brand about the OS and UI going to be there in POCO X6 Series smartphones. So let’s check it out.

Before the official launch, POCO has teased a few specifications, with more expected soon. The latest reveal from their global X account confirms the POCO X6 Pro will run on Xiaomi’s HyperOS. Yet, it’s uncertain if the standard version will follow suit.
POCO X6 Series Specifications (Leaked)
The base model of the POCO X6 is predicted to debut with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. Notable features might include a 64MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
On the other hand, the POCO X6 Pro is anticipated to mirror some specifications from the Redmi K70e. This might entail a similar 6.67-inch OLED screen, boasting a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset has been confirmed for this device by POCO.
The POCO X6 Pro might incorporate a triple rear camera system, comprising a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. Correspondingly, the hole-punch display might house a 16MP selfie camera, akin to its Redmi counterpart.
Nevertheless, there might be a divergence in charging speeds. While the Redmi K70e was equipped with 90W fast charging, the POCO X6 Pro could come with a slightly reduced 67W fast charging capability. The battery capacity, however, is speculated to remain unchanged at 5500mAh.
