Realme teased the new Note Series! The first phone will be the Realme Note 50 having powerful specs and competitive pricing.
Realme is gearing up for the global launch of a new series, the Realme Note series, and all eyes are on the first device, the Realme Note 50. Sky Li, Realme’s founder and CEO, teased the upcoming series on X, hinting at a new line of smartphones. The Realme Note 50 was also spotted on a GeekBench benchmarking platform. It seems that Realme has introduced this series to replace the Realme C series and target budget-conscious smartphone buyers.
Realme Note Series Teaser
While Sky Li’s teaser doesn’t spill the launch date, Realme is already on the brink of introducing the Realme 12 Pro series globally on January 29.
Sky Li’s teaser post reads, “Get ready for something big! I’m excited to share that Realme is about to launch the brand-new Note Series. Stay tuned for the latest updates! #realmeNoteSeries.” Unfortunately, no product images accompany the teaser at this stage.
Realme Note 50 Specifications (Expected)
Previously the GeekBench spilled the beans on the Realme Note 50, showcasing a single-core score of 424 and a multi-core score of 1478. It’s powered by the Unisoc T612 SoC chipset, signaling its likely positioning as a budget smartphone.
The device is expected to debut with 4GB RAM and run on Android 13 out of the box. TUV Rheinland certification has confirmed a robust 4890mAh battery, accompanied by a 10W charger included in the package.
Tipster Paras Guglani shared insights on X, revealing that the Realme Note 50 will feature a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display. A water-drop notch will house the 5MP selfie camera, while the rear setup comprises a 13MP primary camera and a 0.8MP secondary camera, likely an AI camera.
With an anticipated price tag under Rs 8,000, Realme aims to compete with budget smartphones in India, setting the stage for a potential showdown with Redmi’s number series smartphones. The Realme Note series is poised to make its mark in the fiercely competitive budget smartphone market.
