Excitement is brewing as OnePlus gears up to unveil the highly anticipated OnePlus 12 series in both the Indian and global markets on January 23, 2024. Ahead of the official launch, tipster Abhishek Yadav spills the beans on the expected prices for the OnePlus 12 Indian variant.
OnePlus 12 Indian Variant Pricing Tipped
According to the tipster, the OnePlus 12 could hit the Indian market with a price tag of ₹64,999 for the 12GB variant and ₹69,999 for the 16GB variant. Having already launched in China, the Chinese variant’s prices are known, with the 12GB/256GB version at CNY 4,299 (~Rs 51,000) and the 16GB/512GB version at CNY 4,799 (~Rs 57,000). OnePlus 12 Specifications (Chinese Variant)
- Display: The OnePlus 12 boasts a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM Dimming. Notably, it proudly holds DisplayMate A+ certification.
- Camera: The rear camera setup comprises a 50MP Sony LYT-808 primary camera, a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultrawide snapper, and a 64MP periscope zoom module. For selfies and video calls, it features a 32MP front-facing camera.
- Performance: Powering the device is the recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, ensuring optimal performance and reportedly achieving the highest AnTuTu score. The OnePlus 12 comes in three RAM options – 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM, paired with storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB UFS 4.0.
- Battery: The device is equipped with a 5,400mAh battery, supporting 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
- Software: Out of the box, the smartphone operates on the latest ColorOS 14, based on Android 14.
