Reno 14 Full Specifications (Japan Variant)
The Japanese version of the OPPO Reno 14 comes with identical features to the Chinese model, focusing on performance, camera quality, and design.
Display and Visual Experience
The OPPO Reno 14 features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display that delivers sharp and vibrant visuals. With a 1.5K resolution (2760 × 1256 pixels) and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, the screen provides a great experience whether you’re scrolling, streaming, or gaming.

- The display supports up to 1200 nits peak brightness, making it easy to view in bright sunlight.
- Protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, the screen is also more resistant to scratches and drops.
- With its sleek bezels and accurate color reproduction, the Reno 14 is well-suited for content consumption and creative tasks.
Performance & Cooling
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, the Reno 14 delivers solid performance across day-to-day tasks, gaming, and multitasking. It is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, which means apps open quickly and switching between tasks is smooth.

To keep temperatures in check, the Reno 14 comes with a large 4,700mm² vapor chamber cooling system. This helps keep the device cool during heavy use, such as extended gaming or video recording.
Camera Setup Offers Versatile Shooting
The OPPO Reno 14 is designed with a strong focus on camera performance:
- The main rear camera features a 50MP Sony LYT 600 sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) for clearer photos.
- The telephoto lens provides up to 3.5x optical zoom, making it ideal for close-up shots without losing quality.

- An 8MP ultra-wide sensor helps capture more in each frame.
- The front camera also boasts a 50MP resolution, perfect for high-quality selfies and vlogs. It can shoot 4K video at 60fps, which is rare in this price segment.
Long Battery Life with Fast Charging
One of the highlights of the OPPO Reno 14 is its 6,000mAh battery, which offers all-day performance for most users. Whether it’s gaming, streaming, or multitasking, the battery is designed to last.

To top it off, the phone supports 80W SuperVOOC wired charging, allowing users to charge the device in under an hour. However, the phone does not support wireless charging, which is still common in this price range.
The launch of the OPPO Reno 14 in Japan shows the company’s growing focus on the premium mid-range market outside China. More details, including pricing and carrier availability, are expected to be revealed soon. For now, Japanese consumers can look forward to getting their hands on the device in July 2025.
